All items sold on FixAVShop are digitally delivered activation keys.
No physical items are shipped.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund or replacement under these conditions:

✔️ Invalid or Non-Working Key

If your activation key does not work and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

✔️ Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong key or licence compared to your order.

In either case, proof such as screenshots or activation error messages may be requested.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

• You purchased the wrong product by mistake

• Your device does not meet the system requirements

• You changed your mind after the key was delivered

• You purchased a product that is already active on your device

• The activation issue is caused by your system, malware, or OS issues

Digital keys are considered consumed once delivered, so we cannot revoke them after use.

4. Replacement Policy

If a key is proven defective, we will:

• Replace it with a new working key, or

• Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

We always aim to resolve issues within 24 hours.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after the digital key has been delivered to your email.

If payment was made but the key is not yet delivered, you may request cancellation.

Our support team is available to assist with installation and activation.
Most key issues can be resolved quickly with our guidance.
